Nexus Practice IT Services was founded in 2001 by entrepreneur Alan Arman to serve small to medium medical practices and other service firms with services specifically tailored to their needs. Nexus provides superior managed technology services — operating as an IT department, which allows clients to focus on their patients and customers. Solutions and services include CIO level consulting, network assessments, Electronnic Health Record assessments, IT strategy development, network architecture, integration of applications, backup and recovery systems, hosting and help desk support.

Focusing on industries such as medical practices, accounting, finance and insurance firms, the team at Nexus is comprised of seasoned professionals with industry specific knowledge. Nexus is particularly experienced in the healthcare industry and medical practices--serving hundreds of physician and their teams. As a partner of the Ohio State Medical Association (OSMA), Nexus provides EHR assessments, third party product evaluatons and strategy and support for implementations.
